Glen joined Toyota Fleet Management in September 2006 and worked in various roles across the business before his appointment to General Manager in February 2019.  Glen is passionate about embedding the Toyota Kaizen continuous improvement methodology to grow our people to improve the quality of our products and services. Glen is a qualified motor mechanic with bachelor’s degrees in finance and law.  Glen holds a practicing certificate as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience working with organisations to build employee benefit programs that create meaningful value for both employees and employers. Holding a Bachelor of Business and Human Resource Management from Griffith University, Elizabeth has built her career around enhancing employee experiences through workplace benefits and engagement strategies. As Head of Novated Leasing, Elizabeth has previously held the role of National Sales Manager managing large-scale corporate accounts and leading national sales teams at TFM. Elizabeth is passionate about delivering fit-for-purpose employee programs that strengthen employee value propositions and enhance the overall employee experience.

As the Head of Fleet Sales Enablement, Fiona leads a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative, customer-centric fleet solutions. With over 35 years of experience in the automotive and fleet management industry, she is known for her strategic leadership, market insight, and customer-first approach. Since joining Toyota Fleet Management in 1988, Fiona has honed her expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management, driving significant growth in the Fleet Sales division. Passionate about teamwork, she fosters a collaborative environment, prioritizing strong relationships and professional development to create a culture of continuous learning within her team.

Michael has over 18 years of experience in the motor finance and fleet management industry, having commenced his career with Toyota Fleet Management in 2008. He has spent much of this time in Fleet Sales delivering exceptional outcomes for corporate customers, with a customer-first approach. As Regional Manager for NSW and ACT, Michael is responsible for the growth and performance of the corporate fleet portfolio across the region. He leads a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure consistent delivery of value-added solutions and outstanding customer experiences. Michael is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering sustainable results for corporate fleet customers.

Chris is an experienced automotive and mobility industry leader with more than 20 years of experience across fleet management, automotive retail, vehicle manufacturing, and customer mobility solutions. Throughout his career, Chris has held senior leadership roles with Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, Servco Australia, and Toyota Fleet Management. His expertise spans fleet sales, B2B marketing, business development, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and operational leadership. As Regional Manager for Queensland, Chris is responsible for driving regional performance, leading strategic growth initiatives, and strengthening relationships with customers, dealer partners, and One Toyota stakeholders. He is passionate about helping organisations navigate the evolving mobility landscape and delivering innovative solutions that create long-term value for customers and communities.

Justin brings over a decade of experience across fleet, automotive sales, and operations. He leads the South Australia and Northern Territory region, driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering tailored fleet solutions that can meet evolving business needs. Justin is committed to leading his region through structured leadership and strong teams. He focuses on creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking to support consistent and sustainable business performance.

With 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, Michelle is passionate about developing a highly successful team and positive culture through consistent communication.  She cultivates an exceptional experience for our business partners, whilst also having some fun along the journey. Michelle joined Toyota Finance Australia in June 2012 as Regional Manager Dealer Distribution before being appointed to Regional Manager Toyota Fleet Management in June 2024. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in financial planning and an MBA.

With over 30 years of finance industry experience and 19 years within automotive finance, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and value to the role by delivering exceptional service and acting with honesty and integrity. Daniel joined Toyota Finance Australia in 2018 and has held roles across dealer, distributors and fleet. He is currently the Regional Manager of Victoria / Tasmania since early 2026. Daniel is passionate about teamwork, culture and continuous improvement.
