At Toyota Fleet Management (TFM), we understand that many of our customers may be adversely impacted by the effects of the coronavirus (COVID19). Our thoughts are with those directly impacted, our healthcare workers and our customers during this time of uncertainty.

This may impact your employees and their ability access to Salary Package benefits.

Receiving Help

TFM would like to reassure all employers and employees that are experiencing unexpected financial difficulty throughout this time that we are here to help. 
 
We understand that everyone has their own unique circumstances and we will work with you to tailor a solution.
 
To ensure we can offer assistance in a timely and effective way, we are simply requesting that you speak with us by contacting your Relationship Manager to discuss how we can accommodate you and your employees during this period.

In some instances, financial difficulty may eventuate for your staff whereby we wanted to provide assistance to them. Please refer to our Relief Application Form that we have created to assist your employees in the event that they should need it.

By understanding any changes your company will be making, we may be able to assist your employees and provide comfort around their Salary Packaged benefits.

Our Novated Support Team will work with you to tailor a suitable solution during your financial difficulty to help get you back on your feet.

Please refer to the Toyota Fleet Management Novated Relief Application Form. Once the form has been completed, please return it along with all supporting documents to spSupport@tfal.com.au.
