How can I make a complaint to Toyota Fleet Management?

TFM works hard to try to ensure you always get the best service from us. We also understand that sometimes things go wrong.

To help you in these situations we encourage you to discuss this directly with us if your complaint relates to your finance contract, any services we provide to you or the quality of our service.

In the first instance please raise your concerns with your dedicated relationship manager. If you need further assistance please write to our Complaints Officer at Toyota Fleet Management, Locked Bag 900 Milsons Point NSW 1565, email our Complaints Officer, or call us on 1300 888 870.

If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will advise you and notify you of our next course of action. Throughout the complaints process, TFM will remain committed to resolving your issue as soon as possible and will keep you informed as to the progress of your complaint.
